Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables that have high vitamin C content can create an environment that will make it hard for oral bacteria to grow. Eating them raw will be better in fighting bad breath. The crunchy nature of the fruits and vegetables can also help loosen the food particles trapped between teeth.
